The assistant couldn’t have been any more helpful. She knew all her beds could answer any questions that you had. I was make to feel important and that she gave me her full attention and support. I wasn’t rushed into a purchase. Wasn’t shown the most expensive bed in the showroom either .she kept me fully updated with my order and when there was a delay even arranged a loan bed. Service about and beyond.

First Class Service
Visited the Hamilton store looking for a new automan bed. Allan the salesman could not have been more helpful. Pointing us in the right direction, he allowed us to roam before providing the relevant info once we had made our pick. We also chose a wardrobe and drawers to match.
An excellent service was also provided by the delivery guys Richard and Chris, moving everything to our desired room.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience
We had a pleasure to meet Allen on Saturday when visited the shop. Allen has great knowledge of the items they sell, and he is very friendly. He helped us to find the bed what suits us the best.
The shop is lovely, well organised clean and tidy.

Awesome Experience
From the start of the process Bozena made me feel welcome and comfortable, she gave excellent advise and answered all questions, the matrasses was delivered on the day and time that I was told. The delivery team were great put the mattress in on the bed, took away all the packaging. Thank you you all involved.

Great beds
This is our second bed bought from Bensons Hamilton in last 6 months. On both occasions we were walked through process involved of buying, delivery
@ of the taking away of old beds. All prices were explained we decided what we wanted. They have good choice of beds and you can mix @ match, mattress headboard, bed to get exactly what u want. Beds arrived on date given with old bed and all packaging taken away. We are very happy with service and would definitely recommend Bensons

Easy purchase
Cameron in the Hamilton store was great! Explained everything and gave us plenty of time to choose the right bed/mattress. No question went unanswered nor did we feel pressured for a sale. We also had our wee boy with us too and the staff were really great with him as he was being a typical toddler.

1st Class Service from start to finish.
My wife and I received exceptional service from Allan at Bensons for Beds, Hamilton throughout our selection and purchase of beds for our new home.
We 1st popped in to have a look around a year ago, with a view to purchase a number of beds plus associated items when we eventually purchased our new home.
We had visited different retailers to gauge quality and price and we decided on Bensons for Beds because of the guidance Allan provided us with no pressure what so ever on going forward. Everything completed at our pace and to our timescale.
After we purchased our new home, despite the passing of a number of months Allan was again incredibly helpful, explaining everything from quality of products, price, finance options through to delivery completion.
Also, when we had a problem with 1 of the beds on delivery, Allan sorted the problem out straight away.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bensons for Beds in Hamilton.
