Richard in Harrogate was great
Richard in Harrogate was great in explaining all the beds and as was his colleague the next day when we came back after double checking the measurements (lady from Middlesbrough who worked in the Harrogate branch! Sorry forgot her name but she was funny and friendly!) everybody very helpful in finding the right bed mattress and getting us the best deal with the discounts! The delivery drivers Ryan and Kyle were also very nice and efficient. Whole experience was great. Bed and mattress itself is comfy just what I need whole experience was convenient and easy and bed was pretty easy to put up! Thank you

Benson's beds give a good night's sleep from showroom to bedroom
Benson's beds are great, and the store is very accustomed to working with Menwith military base's tax abatement staff, which is important for us and other USians working there. The showroom was attractive and the staff were helpful and pleasant.
Delivery staff are extraordinary, careful, courteous, friendly, and mighty.

Friendly welcome,listened to our requirements and informed us of our options. Showed us various alternatives. We asked if our existing mattress purchased from Bensons was still available, after searching old records our purchase was found and we were able to order the updated version of our existing mattress which we have been highly delighted with. On reflection we are highly delighted with the service we received and cannot thank you enough.

'Showroom to Bedroom' experience.
Buying our first bed together as a married couple we naturally had a few questions and changed our mind a few times. Shirelle (At Harrogate) was very patient and did not mind showing us the same things a few times!
Delivery came in the planned allotted time and delivery team where fabulous - Colin & Rhys - professional and courteous and went above and beyond!

Knowledgeable and patient staff.
I must have tried every mattress in the shop at least twice until I found the one that felt right. She even took a mattress off a flat base bed and put it on a slat base so I could feel the difference.
I now have the perfect mattress for myself and am sleeping much better.
