Excellent sales assistant- gentle manner, gave advice and allowed space and time for us to reflect and make our own decisions.
We returned home to check measurements but we had no intention then order on line. This assistant deserved our costume.

Overall brilliant. Best service ever.
Went in to have a browse and were met with the best customer service ever. Richard was chatty, friendly and really knew his stuff - he made recommendations and was so helpful throughout the experience that after we left, we went back two days later and bought a bed. Everything was explained to us perfectly, all the information we were given was clear. Delivery then came; Andy M and Andy P were again great, so quick with setting the bed up and gave a 20 minute heads up before arriving. We’re really really pleased🙂

Buying a new bed…
I had a member of staff helping me choose the best option for me. She priced up my final choice for me to consider and at no point did she pressure me into making a decision there and then. I considered my choice over night and confirmed my purchase the following day.

Very helpfull and friendly staff, well laid out store
Greeted on entrance iinto store. Left to browse at our leisure but staff always on hand if information required. Friendly and hepfull staff members. Cant fault the store.
