Recommend Bensons For Beds at Huntingdon
Tony - one of the salespeople at Huntingdon's Bensons branch - was especially helpful and personable. We liked the choice of beds/headboards and price ranges available - and quickly found the one that was right for us. Overall it was a good purchasing experience and would happily recommend the outlet and salespeople to others.

Not a good delivery experience
I have given 3 stars as my experience in store was very good but unfortunately very let down with delivery. Two man delivery who walked through my bedroom leaving muddy footprints all over the carpet. Also one of the delivery guys appeared to not care about bashing into items in my home.

Excellent Service very knowledgeable Manager
Excellent service and knowledge of mattresses by Tony the store manager who was polite and in no way a pushy salesman. He talked us through the options as we wanted a bespoke matress for different weights and we found exactly what we needed.

Was greeted by a lovely lady who introduced herself as Charlotte enquiring what we were visiting for today. She proceeded to show us some mattresses then left us to have a wander and try some poped back gave us more information left us agin to chose our purchase

Very good choice at the store, but the best part was being guided by Connor, who was exceptionally professional and helpful, very informative and nothing was too much trouble for him, indeed he made the whole experience a pleasure.

Excellent service
They kept me updated with the progress of my order. They delivered on the date originally booked. They arrived in the time slot I was given. Very friendly delivery staff. The bed appears to be high quality as well. Overall very pleased.

Very disappointed
Like everything, the sales process was great but when it came to delivery the operatives wouldn’t take the mattress up to the bedroom. Very disappointed and this was not discussed with us in the showroom otherwise we wouldn’t have ordered. I have recently had an operation at hospital so couldn’t help and it was left to my wife and a neighbour to manhandle the mattress upstairs. Will not be using it recommending Bensons again.

A Pleasant Experience
The staff member knew what he was talking about, which made the whole experience pleasant, and being able to see the product helped make our minds up as to our requirements, without any pressure from the sales person. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
