This is the second time I have shopped at Bensons within the past couple of years, and that speaks for itself. From arriving in the shop and receiving advice from the helpful staff there, to the communication received before delivery, and finally to the delivery itself, we were very impressed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Lovely, patient, knowledgeable staff who, although she was on her own, spent time explaining things to us. Really good range of beds and mattresses. Altogether a very stress-free purchase.

Great service from Bensons Inverness.
Just bought a King size bed in the Bensons sale. Jackie from the Inverness store was knowledgeable, helpful and let us browse the range of beds without applying any pressure for a sale. This is our second purchase from Bensons and I would recommend them to anyone considering a new bed or mattress at a reasonable price.

A great selection of products to choose from, helpful staff on hand for guidance, and good payment options
I had no idea where to start when looking to upgrade my bedroom and whether I was ready to change the whole room or simply buy a new mattress. Jackie in the Inverness store was knowledgeable, offerering detailed information and options without any pressure. I was able to use her advice to conduct further research into the products and financial options before making a decision. In the end, I opted for the mattress only at this point but I have every intention of returning to Bensons when it's time to upgrade the rest. Thank you for a positive, friendly and helpful experience.

Friendly helpful staff who listened to my needs, pointed me towards suitable mattresses, listened to my comments and didn't try to push me towards unsuitable or more expensive choices - ie they responded to my needs and my budget and I felt heard.
