The welcome we received when we first walked in store was really friendly and informative
The range of products on show were just what we needed at a price that was competitive
Once we had walked around and been allowed time to browse on our own Rosslyn was then able to offer more details for us and answer our questions being knowledgeable about the sofa
We have ordered the sofa and were given a speedy delivery date considering we live in the Hebrides
We also benefited from an early sale discount which meant delivery paid for itself
You don’t buy a bed every day so it’s good to know you are in safe hands

Very friendly and helpful staff, who listened to us and understood what our needs were. This made it a very useful, as well as enjoyable experience! We were offered assistance, suggestions and advice, but also time to think and talk with each other. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

The assistant was really helpful, she explained all the details about the sofa bed I was interested in, and she demonstrated how it worked.
The showroom was well laid out, well lit with plenty of space to wander round and check out products. Parking was easy too.

I was looking to replace my small double divan mattress. The young assistant greeted us and showed us to the appropriate section on the shop floor. She left us for a few minutes then came back and answered our questions. Nothing was a "silly" question to her! She answered everything and was patient and polite. On testing each mattress she was informative, explaining the pros and cons, then suggested another type of mattress which might best fit my needs. Well done! Then she methodically worked out the best price: mattress plus base, delivery, collection and recycling of old bed etc. Things that I hadn't considered! Another well done! The assistant then wrote down all this information. On returning home, I made another phone call with some more questions. Again, she was so polite and helpful. I returned the next day to complete the purchase. Excellent service from the staff at Bensons, Inverness.
