Great experience
Great experience with friendly, knowledgeable employees. Charlotte was great and we quickly forgot about the below average experience of other stores. We have been sleeping peacefully ever since!

Sofa bed is a beautiful colour
Sofa bed was beautiful colour. Not slept on yet but reasonably comfy to sit on.
Delivery was a little disappointing as the men told me they were only supposed to have deliveries to bungalows on Fridays. ( my sofa bed was to go upstairs) They then said pictures should have come off my stair walls and refused to unpack the item.
I had not been informed previously that they would not be unpacking as this would have been at extra considerable cost.
However, they did put on shoe protectors and I only had to put on the legs on the bed once it was out of the box. So all in all happy with the outcome so far.
