Isobel was very patient with my elderly parent as we selected a new bed. Great selection of beds and we got one that was exactly the right height for her. Christine very friendly and helpful when I phoned a few days later to make a change to the order. Overall a great experience.

Purchased a mattress - Fay the salesperson was amazing in helping me find the perfect one to suit my needs as having issues with pain. Got it home and unfortunately it was damaged - not an issue - the replacement was delivered by Fay and a manager from another branch that same evening and faulty one taken away. Following morning Fay called to see how everything was - no pain! Excellent customer services and after sales - won’t hesitate in recommending Bensons to family and friends and using again! Thanks Fay!

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and offered us other similar alternatives. She explained the ins and outs of our financial agreement and offered different time scales and payment options. Overall we were extremely impressed by our assistant.

Poor experience. Ordered a bed and mattress, initially friendly helpful staff..no terms and conditions seen, nothing signed. Had to change the order due to height of bed and access needs (did not know the mattress fitted inside the bed base losing vital inches). When we mentioned changing the order the attitude of stephen the sales person and Darren the manager totally changed. The first thing out his mouth in a rude aggressive tone was "well theres a 20% cancellation charge" this was not explained at the time of purchase. Please do not be fooled by initial 'great customer service' as when things are not straight forward they become defensive and rude rather than helpful.
