Gabriel made it very easy to choose a new mattress by showing us and testing all different types.

I wanted to downsize from a king-size to a double bed. The sales person asked me what features I wanted & guided me through what they had to offer. Once chosen, he sat me down while he entered my requirements, including extras (such as dismantling my old bed & assembling the new one) on a computer & printed it out with pricings. At no time did I feel pressured or out of control of the process.

A very good shopping experience. Sales assistant CAROLINE was friendly, knowledgeable and above all in no way 'pushy' for a sale. She was kind, friendly and patient. Highly recommended (albeit bed delivery still to happen but arranged at a future date to suit us).

Good customer experience within store. Communication excellent between our purchase and delivery. Everyone we dealt with were polite and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use Bensons in future.

Upon entering the store we weren't instantly hounded by a salesperson gagging for a sale. A friendly hello and a "can I help you with anything?"
Upon speaking for a little bit about our current mattress we were asked to try the bed that can be adjusted about to get a scope of our needs.
Then off to try a bed and was also recommended a nice pillow suited to the way we sleep. After a short try of one mattress it was give this one a try. Then back to the other and compare. This went on several time to make sure we bought the correct mattress.
In the end we were very pleased that we had all the help we possibly could to find the exact mattress that wee needed.
The friendliness of the staff was brilliant.
Product price was great to getting a lovely price due to black friday event.
I'm so glad we came into the store to do this than just buy a generic one online.
Delivery was available quite quickly aswell.

We went to the Kirkcaldy store and couldn't have had a better experience. Our "Sleep Expert", Caroline told us everything we needed to know, wasted no time on stuff we didn't and quickly established exactly what we needed. After going through an extensive selection of options, we found one that was perfect in every way. Once the warranty and other paperwork was finalised, we were really chuffed to receive a delivery date before Christmas and left the store no more than 40 mins after getting there, as very happy customers.

Good in shop service. Pleasant staff. Regular updates on delivery. Delivered within the stated time. Pre delivery phone call. Delivery people navigated a difficult staircase with a heavy mattress with grace.

Great experience from start to finish. Gabriel at the Kirkcaldy branch was so knowledgable and helped us pick a great mattress and new bed. We got a great deal and all the savings available to us were clearly explained, and we got an excellent price for our super king bed! We had to push the delivery back a few times and the process on the website to do this was really straightforward.
The bed arrived in great time within the delivery window, and unfortunately there were some marks on part of the divan from transit - the delivery guys made sure that someone contacted us about this to arrange a replacement part. We went back to the Kirkcaldy branch today to ask about the progress and Charlie in the shop was super helpful, and not long after we left he had already organised the replacement parts to be delivered in a few weeks. We are not dissatisfied with the defect on the bed as it is bound to happen during shipping and handling, and the main thing is the parts are being replaced and very swiftly too! The great customer service in this branch really has made all the difference and just want to call out the excellent staff that dealt with us as they do a great job and we really feel satisfied with the service and the end product!

The entire experience of selecting the mattress right through to the delivery thereof was performed in an extremely professional and courteous manner by all of the resources engaged with.
