We had 2 great sales people, we were able to try and many beds as we wanted without people hovering and when they did come over they were extremely helpful

The staff , Sonia in particular ,were helpful, patient and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them, they all appeared to be knowledgeable about all of the various products.

Great service from visiting the…mattress purchase
Great service from visiting the showroom to delivery , kept informed with e- mails to track delivery , phoned one hour before delivery and was bang on time . Delivery drivers put the mattress in situ and took away old packaging , great service , will definitely shop there again .

Delivery of new mattress was excellent
Delivery of new mattress was excellent. Old mattress was removed and new mattress placed on bed. Men were very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend Bensons.

Went last year and Charlie at the Kirkcaldy store couldn't do enough for me.. went back this week and yet again Charlie took such good care of me .He went through all the options and let me make an informed choice... great service with a smile goes along way to creating loyal customers, which I am now ..

Very helpful and informative sales assistant who took time to explain our different options and try out different mattresses. We ordered an ottoman bed and mattress at the end of our visit to the store.

Good to deal with staff were excellent but delivery was too long
Experience was good staff was excellent, the only criticism is the wait to have it delivered to my house as I didn’t have a bed and I’m an old age pensioner I tried to get it delivered early but no chance they told me.

Great choice of beds
Great choice of beds, mattresses and pillows.
Had a great experience buying a new bed for my son, the sales person Gabriel made the purchase very easy and was very understanding of my son’s additional needs, he made him feel at ease and was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent Service in Store
Gabriel the store Manager was a pleasure to meet. I was really impressed with his helpful and friendly manner, nothing was a bother to him. He took a lot of time to help and explain things to me. Another member of staff couldn't do enough as well and I would not hesitate in recommending Bensons in Kirkcaldy.

Finally a pillow that helps me.
The pillow I bought was hopefully going to help my neck and shoulders but I only used it for 1/2 hours when I ended up with sore neck and shoulders so I went back to Benson for beds with it the lady explained that it couldn't be taken back but when she realised the make of pillow I bought she told me it had a zip on it which I didn't know about, she opened the bag it was in found the zip opened it up and told me that I can take out the stuffing little by little till I get it to what I needed and I have done that and it has worked I'm comfortable with it now and no sore neck or shoulders. Very happy that this was able to be done as I didn't want to have paid £55 for something that made my problem worse.
