Unlike most sales persons, at Bensons, they let us get in the door and have a minute to look around, before making us aware they were there if we needed help and asked what we were looking for, without just trying to sell the most expensive thing they had in the shop(unlike the previous shop we had visited who did exactly that, even after they ask what our budget was!) Bensons were, friendly, relaxed but also professional with excellent knowledge of product and very reasonably priced compared to other shops.

The only issue that I had was with Klana I was approved to be allowed to pay over 3 payments but each time I hit the button there was an issue at their end. So, I paid in full. My wife and son had been to our local Benson for Beds and the lady assistant was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the mattress that we have purchased. On sale @ 50% off, and the fact that they recycle our old mattress made us realise that purchasing from Benson was the best place to go to.

Received a warm welcome on arrival and was advised where the item I was after was located. Having made my choice, the assistant was very efficient in dealing with the purchase and looked forward to seeing me again when I go to collect my purchase.

We had a very pleasant experience whilst shopping with bensons for beds. Paul from the Livingston store was very helpful and spent time showing us all the different bed and mattress options. We were so impressed we called the store the same day to place our order. Very patient and nothing was too much trouble!

We chose Bensons for Beds as we needed a new mattress. The staff were very helpful and friendly and allowed us time to look at the various options. After choosing our preferred mattress the sale was dealt with efficiently and we chose the option to recycle our old mattress. The delivery process is very straightforward and updates were sent to us by text.
