My overall experience with Bensons for Beds was excellent from start to finish. All the staff I spoke to were professional yet friendly, polite and very helpful. The delivery service was great. This isn't the first time I have bought items from Bensons for Beds and it certainly won't be the last.

I believe his name was Neil who took us around and showed us beds and got us on this bed monitoring our sleep patterns and getting us us the best fit for us. This was our first time shopping for a bed and I would come back here due to him

The delivery service was amazing. They helped put it in. They were amazing. Respectful of my home. Even courteous enough to take their shoes off. I would 100% recommend them

Louise and her colleague were very helpful. Got exactly the mattress I needed even though not a huge amount of choice for adjustable beds. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, including an 8 year guarantee on everything plus life time manufacturing fault guarantee.
