After waiting an extra 3 months from when the bed was delivered, the drivers turned up with my bed side cabinets dumped them in the room, didn’t unbox them or even offer to tell me what to do, I paid for the installation and instead got a guy standing at my door with an attitude
But what I will say is that the the two men who delivered my bed were fantastic, it’s a shame I didn’t get the same people and the second set of lads were terrible

Received good advise as to which mattress be suitable for my back, it’s composition & the materials made with, being able to try out was helpful to compare different levels of firmness between different makes etc. Good advise on which divan & headboard to go with mattress, plus, the promotion offer discount proved a super purchase!

Well done to the 2 guys who delivered the mattress.
My son's room is a loft room with ladders going up . The guys took the mattress up the stairs and lifted the mattress up to my son. Which saved me and hubby a job

There was no rushing me to make my decision and Louise was very approachable and was able to answer my questions without any hesitation. Buying a bed is so complicated with so much choice. Neal was fantastic, new his stuff, didn’t apply any pressure and got us quickly sorted!

Sales team I store were very helpful. Delivery team were really friendly and expertly handled removing our old king size mattress for recycling and fitting the new one.

We purchased a new bed, headboard and mattress yesterday for our grandaughters. The service we received in Metro Retail Park Gateshead was second to none. Louise the sales representative was lovely, she was very friendly and efficient she was very knowledgeable and informative about the beds and mattresses. She was helpful without being pushy....which always puts us off. We will make Bensons for Beds our first port of call for any future bed purchases. If we could give 11/10 we would! I bought two mattresses and the delivery guys Reece and Colin were very lovely and friendly they help to move our old mattress downstairs and placed the new ones on our beds thank you so much ☺️🥰

The staff here,especially Jimmy and Martin with one other man ,that was on duty that day,were so professional,smashing,reasonable and they didn't make me feel so strange ,they took out time in explaining and trying to make things easy ,and amicable for us.at least for the very first time,I felt so belong in Newcastle. That sense of belonging was what and was part of what prompted us to have a deal,irrespective of the fact that,yeah BENSONS BED is good,but kudos to the staff professionalism and customers relationships. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Bensons for Beds.

After several visits to store, my husband and I carefully chose a mattress that felt right for us — a big decision as I am heavily pregnant and need proper support.

The mattress delivered is nothing like the one we tried in store. It is far firmer, unbearably uncomfortable, and has already caused me severe hip pain. I am unable to sleep in a safe pregnancy position because of it.

To be absolutely sure, we went back to the store and compared — the difference is significant.

When we raised this, customer service hid behind “process” and sent out a technician who admitted he couldn’t assess the problem. Yet we are still told nothing can be done until his irrelevant report is filed. In the meantime, I’m left with a mattress that is not as described, unfit for purpose, and no support from Bensons.

This is not how a reputable retailer should treat its customers. Common sense and compassion are completely absent, and it has left us deeply disappointed.

From the moment we walked in Paul was excellent wasn't pushy he was very polite and informative took us on the bed to access our needs showed us some good mattresses once we had chosen the one we wanted made everything very easy to complete

Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful and I chose the bed frame and mattress I wanted very easily.Whole experience in store was great.

Delivery conveniently came when I wanted it, the guys delivering were lovely and took it to our room of choice.

This is the second purchase in the last year and both of our sons are happy with their new beds.
