The overall customer service was excellent with all aspects of the product I bought being explained thoroughly. The staff were very efficient in showing me a wide variety of mattresses to suit my budget and ensured me that it would actually be able to be delivered to the specific room without any issues. Friendly and balanced advice from Jamie.
After a long weekend of trying to find the right bed/mattress to us, we were so pleased to come across Jamie at Benson for Beds in Newcastle (metrocentre).
Jamie was very approachable and down to earth, he was honest about the pros and cons of each mattress and got to know the two of us well to be able to inform what would and wouldn't work for us. We never felt he was trying to sell us the more pricey models like we felt in other places. We had already had discussions with previous sellers in other stores and felt our experience with Jamie was the most positive. We felt comfortable and never under any pressure. Jamie was knowledgeable and balanced in his advice, with a friendly rapport and good humour, we genuinely enjoyed talking to him. He is a real asset to the store!

I was served by Jamie in the Metro…
I was served by Jamie in the Metro centre Bensons for beds shop. He was very helpful and didn’t try to push other more expensive products. He even helped us with the mattress to the car which was parked in the metro centre.
