Great service. Although for the amount of money, I would hope the assembly would be included in the delivery. As I mentioned to the sales agent I have had recent back surgery.

My questions on the difference between two beds were answered by the knowledgeable sales assistant who also directed me to a choice of bed heads. A Smooth efficient purchase including a delivery date with no hard selling. Value for money.

The gentleman who dealt with my purchase at Bensons for Beds in New Malden was just brilliant. He made the choosing of bed frame, mattress, headboard etc so straightforward. We were lucky enough to have Monika look after us yesterday who was key to our wonderful experience in Bensons. Her charm and wit made us want to buy the mattress from her as she delivered all the relevant information making us laugh as she went. It helps that the product was their own brands, iGel, and was perfectly suited to our needs for a firm, high quality mattress with a 10 year guarantee we reassured us of they were confident it will last.

We lay on so many mattresses in multiple stores but a combination of Monika and the superior iGel offering meant we placed an order which we will be sleeping on next Monday night (that's correct, we placed the order yesterday and it will be delivered on Monday - no 3 week wait).

A very detailed, expertly and friendly session with Anil from the sales team made our trip extremely successful and we were able to purchase what we needed and based on our experience we would highly recommend Benson and in particular Anil for relevant purchases.

We visited the New Malden store to purchase a mattress for our daughter, upon entering the store we were looking around and were ignored by one of the staff members who was sitting on their phone and ignored us.

I got very frustrated and went downstairs to find the other member of staff well Monika saved the day she was amazing explained which mattress was the better value one that had alot of springs, we ordered the mattress there and then, Thank goodness for Monika as the other sales rep couldn't be bothered !

Monika the lady that delt with me was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure for me to rush in fact she told me to take my time and showed me different types of mattresses.
Once I had made my decision she explained payment and went through all my options really carefully and highlighted relevant information.

Helpful staff. He explained everything clearly and patiently. So we found our desired option.

Nice experience, shop is easy to park and spacious so you can browse undisturbed.
