Very helpful staff, professional and friendly. Sarah, who served me, also informed me of a promotion that was going in at the moment. I prefer to go in the store to see and feel products before purchasing them.
Even helped me to get my mattress to the car.

So easy to order online

A few teething problems during ordering, which were sorted out but overall a great experience and delighted with the product. We were kept informed at regular intervals from order to delivery and delivery was smooth and efficient. Just one bit of feedback- it would be useful if in store staff could deal with refunds, instead of having to contact customer services. An error was made on the initial order, where the discount wasn’t applied and it took a number of phone calls to both customer services and the store to resolve. After that, everything was perfect, and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Staff make or brick a company and the staff at Northwitch are brilliant they give us time to try out the item we wanted. the young lady was very helpful and she did not push us in any way

Great service today from Sarah at the Northwich store.Went in just for a look but after trying various beds and given loads of advice we decided to buy one.None of the usual hard sell,it was a pleasure.

Francesca followed us around the shop advising us which beds may be suitable for us. No problem with that.
We decided which bed we needed we were told delivery is free ! Not ! Headboard was included ! Not ! Lie after lie but we have spinal problems and needed a suitable bed.
Francesca did a calculation and although we thought it was a lot of money we trusted her and bought it.
Only to find we had been charged £200 for insurance , £50 delivery fee . NEARLY £500 For a headboard.
We may be elderly but we are NOT stupid !!!!

Not very good service and I will not be buying anything elese

Went in for a mattress. No fuss, given a quote.
Went back at a later date. Made purchase. Monthly payment explained and easy to set up.
Need to get the opening times on the website changed though.
