Store did a good job at helping me find my bed and mattress. Delivery & assemblers were great. However, the store ordered me the incorrect bed (standard instead of Ottoman) which was fine. But, I had to go through many hoops and phone calls (total of 8) to get it resolved. Customer services confirmed the store were at fault, but the Store refused to pay the difference for their error and Customer Services were unable to rectify. When the store finally came to a workable solution and confirmed the order had been amended, it hadn't due to waiting on an offer - but received no communication to let me know of the delay, and requiring another phone call. Overall, inadequate service.

Adding to my last review regarding a sofa bed I must add as on another review the delivery charge of £39 out ways any discount you get and doesn't even include unpacking item and taking packaging away
