Calm and useful experience
Judy was very helpful. Didn't pressure me into buying anything and came to me when I needed to ask questions. Very accommodating and let me browse without hovering around. Store very clean and inviting. Delivery within a month so very happy about that and even though there was a lot to go through she took her time to explain to make sure I knew everything I needed to know.

Fantastic customer service
As soon as we entered the store we were greeted politely and enthusiastically. The staff were very helpful in helping us discover what firmness and type of mattress we wanted, and helping us find pillows we liked and ensuring we left with a great deal. We tried every mattress store nearby and this was our favourite. Shoutout to Sinead for making sure we had a great experience!

If you need a bed then "bensons for beds" is the one
I ordered my Ottoman TV bed on the 10th of January 2026 and they managed to deliver my bed on the 2nd of February - within 23 days. That was so quick than expected.
On the delivery date, John and Steven called me 30 min prior to came to my place in Bradwell and they did a really good job. They managed to fix my bed within one and half hours. They were so professional in their field and explained everything about the bed - because it was surround music TV ottoman bed.
I am so happy about my purchase and highly recommend Bensons for beds if you are looking for a bed.
And I want to mention that I went to several other places around the area and I couldn't find any nicer beds like the one I bought.

I bought a bed from Benson Beds Norwich and had a great experience overall .The bed is comfortable & well -made . The delivery was smooth and well organised .The team Driver John H & Steven B (Driver assistant ) arrived on time .I got a good customer service as well on visiting the shop .I would recommend Benson Beds to anyone looking for a comfortable and well built bed .I am happy with my purchase

Judy at the Norwich store was lovely
Judy at the Norwich store was lovely, very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Left us to consider the beds without following us around like some sales people do so didn't feel rushed. We went away to debate which bed we liked best. Judy was kind enough to give us a follow up call the next day and we were able to order over the phone. Excellent customer service!
