Brilliant Customer Service
Visited bensons for beds last week and was a lovely experience. Max was very helpful and knowledgeable. Never felt pushy or forced to buy anything like in some other shops. Really lovely atmosphere in the shop, left us to walk around and shop but the guys were more than happy to assist in anything we needed. Ended up with a new bed frame and mattress and couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend a visit!

The lady in the Orpington shop was amazing as were all the staff.
The bed is beautiful quality and the mattress is lovely.
When the bed arrived we had been putting it together 3 hours it was 2 days before my csection to realise the brackets they had put on at the factory were in the wrong place so had to take all the bed apart again to correct their mistake…
To then find whoever put it together had rounded off the screw head so we couldn’t get the Allen key to work at getting it out. Was very stressful and made the job so much longer.
Could do with having a couple of spare screws in the packet for things like this

Very good in store experience in Orpington (except for low emission zone fine in the post!). Very happy with our simba mattress purchase. The only downside was the 3 week wait for the delivery. It was on time and the delivery people were polite, phoned ahead and were as helpful as could be, but still a long lead time.

Having to now deal with a third party regarding tv bed that did not work when delivery men left and said customer service would call??? Just want replacement end or refund had customer service get manager to call me today just handed over now to 3rd party company if I knew this before never would have purchased

Benson beds the better store
We’ve tried other bed stores but they were not as good as Orpington benson beds , dealt with Max who really knows his subject and offered advice and details on every bed we showed interest in which made our choice very easy
