From the staff in store through the to delivery drivers ,faultless service. Was contacted few days before delivery with 2hour time slot. On the day contacted couple of hours before delivery reducing time slot to 1 hour. Bed was delivered directly to up stairs bedroom by two very nice delivery people.
Bed that we had required assembly which was quite straightforward.
Extremely pleased with quality and appearance of Bed and would definitely use this company again

Excellent communication regarding delivery, lovely delivery drivers who were happy to carry packages through a split level house. From purchase to delivery was really quick, didn't have to wait weeks.

Helpful Plymouth store staff, and good range of beds enabled us to choose the optimum bed and mattress configuration. Able to select fabric colour which matched our room from the Bensons range. Bed and mattress delivered promptly and assembles by helpful delivery team. Ottoman bed operation checked and demonstrated by delivery team.

Good customer service, good communication regarding delivery, both delivery men, Gray and Glen were very considerate and careful, using shoe covers when taking the bed upstairs. Very good overall service.

The two men who delivered the beds couldn’t have been more helpful. They constantly kept in touch regarding the delivery.

Found a nice bed frame in the store, but checked the internet outside and found it on their site cheaper, went back in and challenged the staff who said that the price had not been updated……went away and looked at the website again, dug about and found a promo code and got it even cheaper. The moral of the story is keep on looking and questioning, and but online is best.

Making our purchase was an easy and pleasent experience. The staff were very good and took time to help us in our choice.

Gavin who served us was very helpful in identifying our needs and gave us several alternatives to try once we had decided he made the buying process very easy and made the necessary arrangements for the old mattress to be taken away

Great service from start to finish. Staff very polite and helpful. I changed my order a couple of days later and the manager was quick to return my call , was very helpful with excellent customer service.
We had the assembly service ( two ottoman beds) and the guys were great. Driver was a bit miserable but the other guy was lovely.
I would definitely recommend Bensons for beds 😀
