The Perfect Bed Store
Excellent range of beds, can mix and match bases and mattresses which makes things easier. You can lie on all the beds to see which one suits you. Excellent customer services, no pressure just helpful advice, and they give you time by yourself to choose. After your purchase they keep in touch with you about delivery and if you need to contact them about anything.I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds I have bought from them a couple of times.

Good range of products, knowledgeable staff and no pressure
Steve at the Plymouth branch was great! He was knowledgeable, relaxed and not pushy, possibly even funny(?!). It was good to see a bit of personality, which helped put us at ease so we could make an informed choice on our new purchase and not feel pressured.

A refreshingly relaxed shopping experience
I don't usually feel comfortable in showrooms/ furniture shops or chatting with sales teams, but the team at Bensons Beds in Plymouth was complety different. From the moment I walked in, Steve introduced himself and invited me to take my time browsing, offering help only if I wanted it.
His support in helping me find the right bed was hugely appreciated. There was no pushy sales talk- just relaxed conversation and helpful information that allowed me to make an informed choice. Thank you, Steve, for making the process so easy!

There was no high pressure selling
There was no high pressure selling, we were allowed to roam around the store to make our own choice , and Gavin was close by to answer any questions.
Everything was explained to us ,the experience of bed buying couldn't have been more relaxed. I would recommend Bensons to anyone

Brilliant sales team.
The sales team could not have been more helpful. They offered information and advice which affected our purchase. They were all so patient, treating us with courtesy and humour on the several occasions we visited the store to make a decision on which mattress to buy. We were impressed with their professionalism.

Excellent customer service
Gavin was really helpful. No pressure to buy anything. We wanted to have a look at the Simba mattresses as we've been looking at them online for a while. Gavin advised us to try them and then showed us some others that are just as good. Well we chose a Slumberland mattress that I. Our opinion was better than the Simba. Gavin also gave us a couple of extras. He was very helpful and is a credit to Bensons for beds.
