Staff in our local store were super helpful and friendly. Once we ordered our mattress we received plenty of communication in the run up to delivery, and the delivery guys were great too. Love the new mattress too! I had a really good experience using Bensons

A first rate service.
Simply a first rate service from start to finish. The salesman in the Poole store could not have been more helpful. The delivery drivers were first rate with 2 phone calls prior to the delivery, one the evening before and another 45 mins before they arrived.

I have been using the Branksome branch of Bensons. I cannot fault any of the staff that work there. They have all been so helpful, courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, I have had issues with a carpet being delivered from another source which has delayed delivery of the items purchased at this store. Thank you
