We were allowed to get on and look around From time to time Vicky the sales person would chat with us about our thoughts on those which we had tried and made recommendations for us to consider. There was no pressure but lots of helpful advice.

Vikki was happy to spend the time with us on several visits discussing our requirements and options, checking that we could get both the bed base and matress in through the tight gap into the room. Was totally respect of our needs and wishes. Far more helpful and constructive than staff from any of your competitors. And helped us get best value for our money. Nobody could have been anymore helpful than Vikki was, she is a real credit to you business.

Looking for a replacement mattress.
We were looking for a replacement for our Sealy mattress which has been really comfortable for many years.
Bensons had by far the most choice of Sealy beds to choose from. Vicky was very helpful and knowledgeable and made choosing the perfect mattress very easy . We would have no hesitation in recommending this store .

Delivery Charge
I cannot comment on the product as we have not taken delivery. However, I can say the reason for 3 stars is because of the delivery charge. Firstly we were not told, secondly £69, when we spent well in excess of £2000……really!!!!!
