Bad experience at Benson for Beds Forbury Retail park shop
For sure the staff at Benson for Beds in Forbury Retail Park are very impolite (even for children) and no wonder why hardly see any customers in the shop.

Our experience from entering the Reading Forbury Branch was very positive. We were helped by Richie to find the correct headboard in the colour we were looking for. He was also very helpful in arranging our delivery.
We would recommend visiting the Reading Branch for a good experience.
