Patient and helpful sales staff. Delivery was on time and efficient. Time will tell if the mattress I bought is value for money but so far, it's very comfortable and appears to be good.

Very welcoming. Rita was patient. She ensured I had the opportunity to lay on the beds some multiple times as I narrowed down my search for comfort! I took the feeling away and came back a week after with mental clarity. Laid down on the bed I fell for the previous week and tried same make but different firmness but I made my decision there! Bed purchased! Thank you Rita for bearing with me on my mattress searching journey!

Communication regarding manufacture and delivery was very good.
Fitters were very good and removed all rubbish before they left.

lovely time in store with someone patiently assisting us for around an hour. all items ordered arrived in perfect condition. pillows were very well presented. delivery drivers were lovely and took the mattress upstairs to the room and removed all packaging and took with them. lovely easy friendly service. we'll be back!

Great experience, if it was not for the staff Angi we wouldn’t have bought the beds . She explained and showed us all the beds that we were looking for . Put extra effort to let us take our time to decide and place order. No pressure at all .

The salesperson took the time to ask what I was looking for rather than simply trying to sell me something. He gave me the opportunity to try out the products on offer and, after listening to my requirements, showed me the available options and clearly explained the benefits of each. His approach was informative and helpful, without any unnecessary sales pressure or excessive sales talk.

I recently purchaces a bed,matress and a headboard in their store in Reading. Ambika was very helpful and attentive and helped us to make the right chioce. Later I had to make changes to our order and both Ambika and the manager were very helpful and attentive, and amended our order without a hussle, which I am very pleased about.

The in shop experience was great and we really benefitted form the expertise of the representative in store.
When it came to the delivery the team went out of their way to be helpful as the old mattress was veery heavy and difficult to move and the house design makes it very difficult too. They were very good, but due to the challenges it took quite a bit of time - apologies to anyone they then arrived late too.

If I am being totally honest, the sales person was really trying to up sell throughout our time in store. At no point were we asked our budget or even our needs, the sales person was particularly trying to push a certain mattress and I had to be quite adamant what we actually wanted. The same person then insisted I have a good review and even just phoned me to chase her review on Trust Pilot which I find rather odd! No doubt we will be pleased with the mattress we purchased but the sales approach was not how I would want to be dealt with. The time in store was expeditious but only because it was pushed along by the sales person not because we had limited time. A little disappointing really we have brought from store before and this was not the approach 😔

John had a good telephone manner & sounded friendly and efficient .The delivery was right in the middle of the predicted time slot & we were called 30 mins before arrival . The two worked well as a team & both the collection of the old mattress & delivery of the new one went without a hitch despite stairs with two turns & a large wall mirror to avoid .

1st class delivery informed all the way of time etc .delivery was amazing very profesional helpful and friendly guys excellent taking my old mattress and put the new one carefully on the bed all unwrapped and packaging taken away .am very impressed .thank you bensons.

The store manager at Rose Kiln Lane Reading, Mohammad is absolutely brilliant! He spent time understanding our needs and gave us great advice based on our requirements! The store is very welcoming and Mohammed is very knowledgeable. We ended up buying 3 beds instead of 1, which we had initially planned for!

The sales process at the Reading store was excellent. Very helpful in guiding us to our purchase decision. The delivery process was also excellent. The 2 delivery guys were friendly and efficient. Communication was outstanding through the whole process. We can highly recommend Bensons for Beds.
