Aneil was superb, excellent customer service!
Aneil was superb, very friendly, knowledgeable, happy and did not make us feel pressured at all into buying this mattress. He showed us lots of different mattresses before having an inkling into which one we’d prefer. We weren’t planning on buying a mattress yesterday as this was the first shop we’d been into to look at mattresses but Aneil was so good at his job that we were sold and ended up buying the mattress then and there.

Great help from John at the Redhill branch. He was great at going through the options and showing the different mattresses. Was a able to get a good deal when I went back a week later.

John the advisor was so great
John the advisor was so great, do warm and friendly and happy. He made sure I went through all my options so I made the right choice in mattress. He also took the time to explain the differences and what might be best and made sure I tried out all the mattresses. He also was patient enough to answer all our questions.

Excellent service
Went in to look at the beds on offer within my price range. Anil was excellent showing me around and giving me options but also leaving me to try the beds without being pushy. Excellent service from Anil and will be coming back again.
