Bensons For Beds - Rugby Technology Drive560 Avis 

I can't find my previous 1-star review because either it's been removed or it's lost within the 100's of other 1-star reviews from other dissatisfied customers!

I am still waiting for a £340 refund after nearly two
months because the staff in the shop at Rugby insist that because of a recent system change they can no longer process refunds back to payment cards and that all refunds must be processed through Customer Services at Head Office.

The problem I have is there is NO Customer Service. So if you you're reading this and happen to be a member of the non-existent Customer Service Team, please refund my £340 from the cancelled order no. A5609111.

It's a sad beg I know but it worked for getting a refund on the the cancelled Eve order, but what really sad is that you can only contact the Customer Service Team who are otherwise totally unobtainable by leaving a rubbish review on Trust Pilot!!!

If you're reading this a a potential customer; Don't do it, no matter how enticing the deal looks, go elsewhere!

Going in to a bed retailer to buy a new mattress is one of those jobs you keep putting off. I finally went into look for a new mattress last week and I was surprised how easy it was with the assistance of your staff. I was Impressed by the helpfulness of all. Thank you for making the task easy.

Great beds and staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Choosing a bed at Bensons took all the worry and stress away in making the right choices, a friendly member of staff was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to advise me which bed suited my needs regarding the health of my neck and spine , I am extremely happy with my purchase of my new bed and am looking forward to my first comfortable supported nights sleep from my carefully selected bed. The explanation of what was on offer was brilliant, but before I had chance to ask about another bed and purchase as one the staff member was quick to get the money and lost out on 15% off of second bed.

Kristine was very helpful. She took time to listen to what we wanted and showed us all the possibilities. She is a real asset in the Rugby store, patient, knowledgeable and helpful without pushing, leaving us feeling like customers that mattered more than getting a sale.
