The whole experience was great no hard…
The whole experience was great no hard sell just a friendly approach with a solid understanding of how to make the customer the centre of the sale. The sales assistant used charm and a welcoming manner which allowed us time and saw her sell two beds and two mattresses

The ladies in the store were both very helpful and professional. Our sales lady was very knowledgeable and had a good understanding of the products. The downside is that the computer system kept crashing so we have a 28 mile round trip to complete the credit agreement. We were asked not to come on a weekend as this is a common problem.

When you walk into the shop,you can see that it is well presented. We were greeted with a welcome of,"welcome to Benson for beds". The person who dealt with our order was very professional and was not pushy.

The assistant was helpful
The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and the atmosphere was relaxing; a pleasant shopping experience. The only down side was we thought the cost of £30.00 to put the bed in situ and remove package was highly priced on top of the £30.00 delivery chatge

Won't be using company again
So buying a bed absolutely brilliant. Mattress broken a few years later but was under garuntee. Trying to sort out a replacement absolutely awful I won't be using them again after this really disappointed.
