Rubbish customer service
Went in to Bensons for beds a month ago and was stuck between ordering a bed from here or Dreams. We were without a bed so wanted one delivered promptly, dreams could deliver one within the week. Bensons for beds said they could deliver within 3-4 weeks, 8th august - and as this was the bed we preferred we went for this one. Arrived today and all that turned up was a mattress and when speaking to the store, have said that the bed frame isn’t coming for another 2 months with very little care whatsoever. None of this was said when ordering, so disappointed as this is the first (and only time) I have used this company, should have stuck with Dreams where you have excellent customer service and things actually arrive when they say.
