Everything was made so easy for us to buy the right mattresses for us. The sales staff were very helpful. The 2 guys who delivered the mattresses and took our old one away were brilliant. Polite, funny and took real care not to damage anything while putting the mattresses into place and removing our huge super king mattress. Very impressed.

Upon entering the store (New Mersey Retail Park,
Speke, Liverpool, L24 8QB), we were met by Daniel G (lovely feller and very knowledgeable). Daniel asked did we need any assistance, so we explained what we were after and asked could he steer us in the right direction. He suggested that we tried the mattress selector which would show us what strength mattress would support us best. This is done on a big screen where you can physically see the pressure being applied to the parts of your body that require support. Daniel never rushed us and he gave us time to try different mattresses and discuss between ourselves which one we thought was best. We finally chose the mattress, type of bed and pillows we wanted. The overall experience was very relaxed, enjoyable and funny due to the general chit chat we were having. Thanks Daniel.
This is the third time we have used Bensons For Beds and would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new bed, especially a new mattress as it's not a one size fits all!

My experience with Bensons for beds was excellent from entering the shop, wonderful, attentive service from staff. Delivery arrived as promised by 2 very polite, helpful and careful men. I cannot recommend Bensons highly enough. Customer service excellent from all.

Very, very good experience. The colleague in the store did not rush me and took a lot of care in making sure that I was buying a bed that would meet my needs. I have a severe spine problem.
The two delivery/installation staff on the day were absolutely fine and quickly and calmly took my old bed away and installed the new one. They took care not to knock anything with either the old bed on its way out or the new bed on its way in. Both were polite and courteous.
I would recommend Bensons to anyone.

I dealt with a salesperson called Phil who was very patient and knowledgeable about the products he sold. This was the first time I have bought a bed since my husband died( Phil did not know this) and I was very grateful for his help,

There were no problems from start to finish and we're very happy with the mattress.

The only one tiny criticism regards the slightly excessive contact, both during the initial viewing and afterwards (but this may be down to my personal preference). I'd have liked to have been given a little more time on our own to discuss, and the endless emails and text messages to confirm the delivery was extraordinary. That said, too much is far better than too little!

The delivery was spot on too, done on time and efficiently.

From entering the store, I was greatly impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and professional approach of Kelly at Bensons. She was so helpful and understanding of my needs. Subsequently, the delivery was hassle free with the two gentlemen giving me ongoing notification of their expected time of arrival, moving the goods to my bedroom, assembling my bed, taking away the old one for recycling and tidying up and removing the packaging. I'm very happy with the purchase and wholeheartedly recommend Bensons to my family and friends.

This is 3rd bed we have bought recently from the Mersey Retail branch. Excellent staff there ,so friendly and accomodating especially as they allowed us to bring our little dog into shop. He needed to check he could jump up onto it.
