A very impressive experience. The assistant we dealt with (Sanjay) was excellent. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and was very helpful in taking us through the options. At no point did he try to push us into making a purchase. He made the entire experience much easier than we had feared it might be and we were very happy indeed with the option we finally chose. Excellent!

Its Graham here and we had our two new mattresses delivered today (23/01/24). I didn’t fill in the How Did We Do Survey as I was waiting for the mattresses to be delivered first and now I see it has closed due to my delay. So I thought I would turn to the keyboard to express my sincere thanks for you and your teams understanding and professionalism all tied up with a bit of humour! If only there were more like you out there to serve, what I feel, has become a market place where so many sellers just want to turn a buck without due consideration to the paying customer. You and the team deserver continued success because of how you conduct yourselves – well done.

Also please flag up to the powers that be that your two delivery guys Lee and Emmanuel were also first rate we all had a good laugh together and they were very efficient at moving those mattresses. – too damn heavy for me.

My partner and I went into this Benson's for beds to purchase a new mattress for our new flat with zero experience on buying a mattress, or what we both liked. You can read about mattresses all day but for me other than actually testing them out information is largely useless.

Sanjay was a very pleasant, informative and helpful host. Based on asking us about our sleeping styles and testing which mattress hardness we found most comfortable on a machine in store, he took us on what he called a 'customer journey' to assess 7 different mattresses. Along the way he explained how our sleeping styles matched to preferences on mattress firmness and type, and explained the variations in mattresses. He helped us to find a mattress that was a mutually comfortable compromise for me and my partner which we were both genuinely really happy with, and was within our quoted budget. Overall, really happy with the buying experience and with the final outcome.

After 20 years of not buying any bed in a shop I approached in trepidation. However, the staff were very friendly and showed me the beds and mattresses within my budget and,of course, try them out. It was quite a steep learning curve for me but the staff were very patient in explaining the process. I was even offered a cup of tea and a flapjack!

Efficient and helpful - exactly met my needs

Tyrone was amazing, he helped me with my first ever mattress purchase. I thought I wanted a medium comfort mattress but with the use of a high-tech super bed I was able to have my weight distribution measured and just around the corner - the perfect mattress tailored to my every curve and bump.

I went in to Bensons For Beds with a pre-determined budget in mind and managed to leave with the perfect mattress £50 lower. Saving money which I think i’ll put towards a new pillow.

Tyrone was a personable member of staff, he listened to my unique situation and offered a solution which suited my financial needs. Throughout my shopping experience I felt relaxed and taken care of. Here’s to you Tyrone, and to a long and happy night’s sleep.
