The delivery was on time and the staff was very efficient.
Unfortunately they didn't put the base together, and as I live alone I had to get my children to come and do it. Apparently I hadn't paid for the service but I wasn't offered it when I ordered the bad.

Lazy Delivery Team
Delivery team would not take my mattress upstairs unless I signed a waiver invalidating my warranty.
Very poor lazy delivery guys looking to get away quickly. I ended up signing the waiver to get the mattress upstairs......the mattress is great hopefully nothing goes wrong

Despite having ordered my bed and headboard on 1 May, when the bed was delivered on 26 June, there was no headboard. I have to wait a further 4 weeks for the headboard ☹️
However, Andy and Steve who delivered the bed in 35 degrees heat did a fantastic job and they deserve 10 stars!

Benson's know how to sell beds…
I was served by a very helpful young man called Connor at your Stevenage- Roaring Meg branch. I only went in the shop to research a Kingsize Ottoman bed frame. I found the Kingsize and also purchased a double Ottoman bed and extra firm mattress. He explained and assisted in helping me decide the best option and there was no pressure to buy. Thank you again Connor, I look forward to my delivery next week.

We were greeted with a really knowledgeable shop assistant called Paul, he was very helpful and knew exactly what we wanted. He explained everything perfectly. Infact he was so good that we ended up buying 2 double bases and 2 mattresses. Thank you Paul.

Brilliant service from Sophie, Craig and Kev!
Service was excellent from initial experience browsing all the way through buying with Sophie @ Stevenage. The delivery from Craig and Kev was amazing and they showed great humour trying to navigate the 2x king size Mattresses up two separate small, tight cottage staircases. All done with great professionalism and care.

Easy to order in store, great on line comms regarding the progress mattress made through manufacture, and delivery, which arrived as expected. Delivery men polite and efficient. All in all a very good experience.

I’ve rated 2 stars at this stage because it’s still early days, but I do have a concern. I purchased the 90CM MATT ARTISAN PURE SPLEND CR Extra Firm White mattress expecting strong support, yet after the first night on 27th April it already felt like it was sinking in the middle. Today is 30th April and the issue is still noticeable. I’m hoping it improves with time, but right now I’m unsure about the mattress quality
