A good purchasing experience
The staff were not pushy but extremely helpful when asked. The purchase and payment straightforward and the staff relaxed and cheerful.
Delivery times updated and the delivery men friendly, smiling and very obliging.

Vulgar language
I have been debating writing this review. I have decided that its important for people to know what goes on in stores. I visted the store with my young child last teusday (09/09). I was looking for a bed for her and was greeted by a lovely lady who was helpful. However a gentleman that works there was using text to speech over the speakers and using vulgar language infront on my child? He was running off and giggling to himself whist still saying things through the speaker. The poor lady seemed very embarresed by the behaviour. I feel like this shouldnt be how customers are treated. Very dissaponted

The previously set Delivery date was changed
They were supposed to bring me my family beds on 25 th of July although we were promised to have the order earlier than that. Now even worse they just texted me that they cant delivery on that set date they changed to the 8 th of August!!! When i am going abroad ! So what is gonna happen now i dont know when i am gonna be back and so i dont know what to do!! No customer service.

But because of Sophie we went back and only wanted to deal with Sophie. Super star and made the experience all worth while as we didnt even look at beds at any other stores. Georgia was fabulous at helping us find the right mattress. We were very lucky and ended up with a top quality mattress of our choice bring in the clearance as returned for some reason or another. However asking any questions and confirming collection with the Assistant Manger was hard work he was obviously totally not interested.
