After a little research Benson for Beds seemed a good first choice to get choice and advice. The service we received at the Sunderland store was friendly and very knowledgeable. After an initial test and report of our lying positions we were able to establish the level of firmness that might suit us both, then able to test a variety of mattresses using different technologies and feel the difference. The support throughout options meant that although we never felt pressured to do so, we were confident to purchase everything we needed (bed, mattress, pillows, and recycling), without feeling the need for further browsing elsewhere - the perfect way to shop! Purchased that day at a great sale price too with interest free credit beyond the deposit. An excellent experience from this store.

Great customer experience
Great customer experience needed a new frame and mattress staff are very knowledgeable not pushy and the SleepPro really helped us chooses the right mattress for us.

Great service. Andrea was really helpful in the shop. The delivery team was lovely. Tracking link was very good.
Was a little apprehensive about buying a firm mattress, but have had the best two night sleep since it arrived.

Superb Service Throughout
From beginning to end the whole experience was a pleasure. Marc, in the showroom, was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. After purchase we were regularly kept informed of the status of our order. The day of delivery was every bit as good, arriving on time we had two fantastic lads in Andy Mac and Rob. They even took their shoes off upon entering the house. The lads themselves were polite, courteous and very careful when moving things about.
We could not have asked for better service.
