We bought our bed a the Sunderland North shop. From entering the shop and dealing with Jo to accepting delivery of our bed the service has been 5 star …faultless….Colin and Reece our delivery guys were cheerful and helpful absolutely fabulous experience.

Andrea was fabulous- understood our needs & most importantly listened but didn't pressure us. Also we had some good, relaxed banter

Absolutely great service from all involved. From Michael who was fantastic in describing what was on offer and explaining what was good for us to the discounts that were given, emails that kept us up to date as to what stage the manufacturing process was at, to the delivery of the bed and the ease of which it was constructed without any hassle and the professionalism of the two employees who did the construction. The bed is a dream (pardon the pun) to sleep in and so comfortable for my wife and I. I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new bed.

Experience buying a bed was brilliant i was served by Andrea she was super helpful showed me everything i had in mind to make my experience easier wasnt to pushy but helpful enough i went home to speak to my partner about it and came back she remembered us and congratulated us on our pregnancy which i mentioned was my reason for new matress on my first visit overall she was brilliant !!

Absolutely amazing experience today, Met with Marc as soon as we got into the store and throughout the service was outstanding.
Never once felt any pressure in selecting a mattress or a purchase, Marc’s customer service was outstanding, very down to earth and helped me explore a range of mattresses to find the right one for me, even suggesting i take as much time as I would like.
I genuinely believed shopping for a mattress would be a chore but i was wrong, the whole experience was great because of the customer service.
Could not recommend enough 10/10

Excellent service from Marc helping me to choose the mattress and later gave advice re pillows.
On delivery day, deliverers Stew and Lee rang to say they had a cancellation and could make my delivery earlier, which made things easier for me.

Darren in the Sunderland branch was friendly and we got a great deal on a Elle Superking bed.

Delivery was on time and the guys took it to the room with no issues at all. Couldn’t fault our experience. Instructions were clear and after a few hours of setting it up we are very happy.

The delivery men were very polite, helpful and courteous even talking off their shoes before entering my home
