The salesperson was extremely helpful showing us different beds & mattresses - we actually left with a different bed to what we had in mind but this was down to suitability rather then any upsell. Great customer service.

We were made to feel very welcome and the various types of mattresses were explained to us.

The salesman was very helpful but not pushy, he was happy, once he had explained the options, to let us look and decide. He only intervened when we asked for further advice.

Sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy. However when I agreed to purchase the price I was given a quote with a higher price than was displayed in store. Only when I questioned and pushed this was the price altered. As I bought a bundle of items, it was very confusing and I still don't know if I've got the correct price. Bit misleading!

We had a wonderful experience of purchasing a new bed from our local store near Mannington Roundabout in Swindon. We interacted with three staff over the course of two separate visits and each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were on hand to offer support and advice but we're NOT in your face and allowed us time to walk around to view. The order experience was very good and again done in an efficient and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend.

We went to the swindon store not really knowing what we were after, Joanne was fantastic. She walked us through the ranges, she wasn't overbearing and was very friendly. We came back later that day and she helped us pick between our two choices. Ordering was easy, I received confirmation straight away with all details correct. Great experience

Went into store (Swindon) and was met with by Martin I believe. He was friendly and approachable and based recommendations on what I needed and kept my price point in mind. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and mentioned the bed guard and insurance at just the correct time. I hate feeling like I am being sold to and service provided was natural and didn't have that feeling at all and secured the sale. The store is located among other bed stores and Benson for Beds was the first one we went into and ended up going back in to buy on the same day. The customer service provided was far better than any of the other shops as well as pricing. I was amazed by how quick the delivery was scheduled for as well. I cannot wait for my new mattress to arrive.

She supplied me with all the information about the bed and its care instructions. I didn't feel rushed and felt a valued customer.
