The lady (Jo) who served us was very knowledgeable and I formative about all the products in store and really helped us make a good choice to suit our needs.

We've just bought a mattress from the Swindon branch of Bensons for Beds and it's just been delivered. From start to finish, really good service. When entering the store you didn't get pounced on you had time to look around and then a lovely lady Jo came over to ask if we needed any help! She suggested a few mattresses once she'd asked us a few questions of what we thought we wanted. She was very natural, friendly not pushy! She left us again to lie on a few of her suggestions then came back when we had made our decision. The mattresses themselves seemed a better quality and more reasonable than one of the other bed shops in the same retail park ( of which there were 4 different bed shops! This was the 2nd one and we were so pleased with the quality, price and the customer service that we felt we didnt need to go elsewhere.) Transaction was efficient and friendly. Then correspondence after was regular by text and email. Delivery was when they said it would be with a 20 min phone call before. Friendly and efficient delivery guys. Thankyou Bensons can't wait for my night sleep tonight!

The sales lady was very helpful, and we were given plenty of delivery choices. Once we had decided on a bed base. Overall the choice and value were better than the two other bed shops next to the BB store.

My only gripe would be the assembly and length accuracy (too long) of some of the bracing bars. Which meant undoing the sides and foot panel to get the braces in. Hence only 4 stars. As an engineer and also a skilled metal worker/welder. I would expect better from the people that make these parts.

Once fully assembled, the bed base was
sturdy and looked well finished. Overall we are very happy with it.

No one bothered us and we could take our time to make a decision. We had help when we needed it.

Plenty of choice and no hard sell, the displays showed the range well.

Shop very helpful and polite, we were not pestered,
Delivery again very polite, phoned before 1/2 hour before they arrived, took shoes off, I told them to leave them on as I’m a bungalow wooden floors, no bed to take away or putting together just a drop off thank you. Very happy with my purchase thank you all.

Benson provides excellent and professional services to customers

The staff were helpful not intrusive but we were interested in a particular mattress that was stock clearance which we found out was ex-display but was not labelled as such and if purchased at that price we could not have the said mattress delivered by the company.

I was given all information I needed about the bed I wanted to purchase. Excellent-quality service!

Great experience and service from Joanne in Swindon. Very knowledgable, not pushy and understood what we were looking for!

Martin was excellent. Explained all the F&B of the product, not pushy and gave us time to decide. So much so we returned 2 days latter and bought another product.

Some parts of Bensons for Beds are very good especially actual products, after order upto delivery but the in store experience, for us, was not good a mixture of lies and breaking legally binding deals.

Bensons policy of always sending you back to the store to sort out problems that occurred in store could never work.
