We were looking for a otttoman bed. On our visit to your Tamworth branch the sales lady Sharon greeted us and showed us around and a bed we wanted but the problem was my wife couldn’t raise it, l tried and had the same problem. Then Sharon said we do a remote control one which is the one we bought.’

Purchase of Mattress Protector
Staff were very helpful and courteous in our purchase of Tempur Tencil Mattress protector. However, the item was not in a sealed bag and when we opened the sheet out it had 2 dirty marks. Didn’t consider the item value for money either so overall not happy with our purchase!

Went to the Tamworth store and was served by Chris- best customer service I've had in years. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress and at no point did I feel like he was just trying to get a sale! Would highly recommend
