Great end to end experience…
Great service in-store and was very helpful and showed us the various models based on what we were looking for. We had been to a few other companies beforehand which was not as helpful so your sales person done a good and friendly job. The delivery and installation team was excellent, good comms beforehand to say when they would arrive and very professional, polite and thoughtful when carrying the items into the house and the installation themselves - well done Gary and James 👍👍

A great experience all round!
Had an unusual request for a replacement mattress in that I wanted one for a single adjustable bed. There was one spring mattress for bed to try in store and also a Tempur mattress which would suit my bed. Chris took into account my disability and needs in helping me choose the right mattress - even moving beds to accommodate my wheelchair and allow me tot transfer easily. Chris was extremely pleasant, very knowledgable and informative too. When I left the store having purchased a new mattress I was happy that I had made the right decision for me and that I had a very good experience at the Tamworth store and would definitely use them again. I felt the salesman went the extra mile for me, Thank you.
