Julia our sales representative was welcoming, professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were trying all the mattresses as we were unsure what we were looking for. We found the mattress for our needs and two pillows as well. We were advised how to look after our mattress how and when to turn it, and a whole lot more. The service was just amazing.

Went in today to sort out a new bed for when we move, Michael in the Telford branch was amazing and so helpful, no pushing towards something we didn't like and made the visit delightful and we now have the perfect bed on order.

Very helpful, did not hound you as soon as you came through the door and gave you chance to look around but there if you had questions. Always been very impressed and this was no exception.

The salesperson was very friendly informative and a good listener. She initially took us through a series of tests to determine what degree of matress compressibility suited my wife best. She next demonstrated mattresses made by using different techniques, explaining the expected differences in experience in sleeping on each one. Price was not mentioned at all but I guess this would have been the case if we had given her a budget initially. My wife ended up quite content with her purchase and we did not feel pressured at all in any direction during the interaction.

We dealt with Julia in the Telford store. She was brilliant !! We picked our dream mattress and bed with her expert help. Couldn’t be happier !

Cant express how happy me and my partner were with the customer service when buying our bed. We were greeted and shown around by Dave Pilling, who was brilliant. He explained to us the science behind a good mattress and helped pick out the perfect bed for us - extremely knowledgeable and a perfect host.

The experience of buying my bed was excellent, customer service was great. David was very helpful and thorough throughout the whole process and made it very easy.

The sales team were friendly and helpful, however there was a very strong chemical odour from add on products by the till/sales area that was overwhelming. This gave me a migraine and ruined the rest of my day.

Very helpful staff, made us feal at ease as we tried out quite a few mattresses. Eventually decided on a high quality mattress, post discussion over a coffee from nearby cafe. Awaiting delivery in next 3 weeks. Shopping experience went went, looking forward to a good night's sleep.

We received a first class service from him.

Very helpful in the shop with choosing the style and type of mattress. Delivery came on the day expected and was kept updated on delivery and the delivery men were very good.
