We visited our local branch In Truro and where greeted by Kevin one of the sales team. We explained what we required and was given several options and where left to browse freely.There is a good and varied range to choose for all price ranges. We had a few questions before making a decision and Kevin was on hand to help. Our purchase went smoothly and without any sales pressure making it a good all round experience.Thank you.

Great service from Jamie . We came in only look and price up a bed and base . We came out spending £1900. The sales agent Jamie was great , he knew the products and could answer all our questions . Previously we visited Dreams a totally un inspiring experience sorry !

Brilliant customer service after I…
Brilliant customer service after I found myself without a mattress to sleep on after moving house… after my current mattress fell into slurry on a Sunday afternoon. You couldn’t write it!! Jamie and the team including his manager were fantastic and so helpful. I was able to pick up a mattress that afternoon and it’s so comfortable. Thank you Truro team!
