Very good advice and plenty of time…
Very good advice and plenty of time given to us in the shop. Lady was very helpful and polite. Delivery on the day was easily carried out and bed was built in a short amount of time. All packaging taken away. Delivery men; Paul and Glen were very good and friendly.

Good. Quality mattress
Very helpful assistant. Not pushy. Fed information when asked and as this was a very important purchase for me as I had been suffering backache, I didn’t feel rushed to make a choice. The backache disappeared with the old mattress which they removed.

Disrespect possessions
The member staff who assembled by bed knocked over glass lamp and didnt put it up straight. He caught mobile lead in castor difficult to release. He insisted on leaving my patio door open as it was breezy could damaged door. He was pleasant but not very friendly

The young lady was polite, mannerly and didn't push. She when asked was extremely helpful,and very knowledgeable regarding the product we were interested in.
