From the initial vist to the showroom to delivery, the company is exceptional. The salesman, Mike wasn't pushy and very knowledgeable.
Delivery men were very courteous and diligent with the delivery .

Customer service in store was second to none, would highly recommend the Truro branch, received our bed and we are extremely happy with it.

Very helpful (and patient) sales assistant who listened and guided us - thank you Jamie. Delivery was as promised when we bought the bed and the guys who came were friendly and efficient. Everything went well and made us wonder why we were reticent about getting a new bed.

Sales staff were very friendly and helpful when choosing the new wardrobe and the fitters were very pleasant and had them fitted quickly when they arrived. I am very pleased that I choose them from Bensons.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff however watch out for the terms and conditions of the free trial warranty. You can only exchange your bed if purchased in store.

Great customer service from store to the delivery day with previous updates. The delivery chap was punctual polite professional friendly.

I have to say that the customer service has been 10 out of 10 every stage. The salesman Jamie in Truro was very helpful and accommodating. The delivery guys were brilliant and did their job amazingly, didn’t catch their names but “Plymouth guys”. We had small issue which was resolved quickly and the customer support has been very wonderful. I will highly recommend to others.

Too all our wishes into account and advised on the best options for our needs. Gave us breakdowns of prices and payment options. When we said we need to think about it, no problem. Wonderful welcoming staff, who patiently allowed us to roam around till we had figured out what we wanted and needed. Then, while the order was being finalised, the little details we had not thought of were brought to our attention.
