Visited showroom to see what beds looked like, helpful assitance who advised us re ongoing sales. Purchased online as had further discount

Called in the Wakefield store yesterday. It was the third place we had been in. I hate pushy staff but Sonja who greeted us was very helpful
But not pushy and left us as I requested to have a look round. When we was ready I asked her help. She was very professional and knowledgeable and at no stage pushy as I think she understood us very quickly. She gave us other options we hadn’t thought of and I was very pleased to be able to buy from her. As an add on I thought I would spend around £1000 when I left the house and we spent £2500 but that’s because of the good deal you had, Sonja which is a total credit to your company and we now have a TV bed which Iv always wanted. Great experience and I will be back in March for some single beds..

We received an excellent service from Jane at the Wakefield store. Through her great service we managed to obtain a new headboard for our grandsons bed at less than half price to the one we were originally going to purchase. Thank you so much Jane!

Great service by store staff and delivery guys. Bit of a delay with my delivery (as hold up with manufacturer) & I had to go into store to find out my new date, a few days after I had a text to say there was a delay. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars was the above & also it was unclear about the recycling service not being able to be added on later. I was offered the service at time of purchase & decided against it. But I wasn't told that if I decided to add it on later it would affect my delivery date. Otherwise the staff in store when I visited twice were very kind & explained the situation clearly. They advised me to stick without the recycling service & reasons why. Will definitely recommend.

The sales rep was very good at her job and nice with it too, she made the whole experience feel easy and was very informed at the products in the store.

Delivery date cancelled when I had booked day off work lossing £150

After a disappointment about the delivery then advised to go to clearance store what a great success the service from both the people we dealt will was excellent. Would recommend this company to anyone.
