Gave us helpful information about colours etc
Came back a few days later to purchase and again very helpful.

Helpful and friendly advice from Hannah with a no pressure approach. We were able to take our time to make the right choice of mattress. Thanks to Hannah for such a positive experience.

The Assistants were very helpful polite and knowledgeable which helped in my decision on purchasing a new Bed.

Helpful staff, nice bright shop and not overly crowded, well laid out to see the various options. Didn't actually plan to buy a bed that day but did in the end, plus a headboard.

We ordered our bed frame and mattress from Bensons for bed at their Witney store. The bed frame was in stock but the mattress would take a couple of weeks to arrive, we duly paid nearly £2k and looked forward to seeing our new bed.

We then got a message from the store to advise that the mattress was delayed and would not arrive for a further three weeks. My wife was assured by Hannah at the Witney branch that it would then arrive with no further delays.

Two weeks later we received another call from Hannah to say it was delayed again!!!

To say we were frustrated was beyond belief. We voiced our disappointment to Hannah and asked why we had been lied to about the arrival time, she then proceeded to explain that she had the same issue when she ordered a bed for her daughter......not inspiring confidence!!!

A phone call to head office to explain the poor service resulted in some better service and a partial good will gesture.

Our bed has now arrived but due to the service received this will be the first and last time we will be buying from Benson's.

Hannah was helpful and well informed.
Pro active in follow up and personable.

We saw what we wanted straight away in your shop window went in lay on the bed for a while and decided this mattress was ideal so purchased it ,and it was stock clearance so we paid for delivery within 2 days all was as expected old mattress removed and new mattress installed by a man with a van who was recommended by your sales person which we paid extra for delivery and collection so we now have a good mattress Thankyou

The Witney store l used had an incredible choice of beds and mattresses. The manageress was extremely helpful and friendly, giving advice when l asked for it .
