Great experience from sale to delivery
From the time we arrived at the Witney shop our experience without sales pressure but excellent assistance, we were able to choose which bed was best for us.
Delivery was on time, communication was excellent throughout and the delivery men were helpful and pleasant

Hassle free mattress purchase
Hannah was great at helping me select a mattress for my new apartment. She took into account my budget, desired firmness and materials before presenting me with all the options available. A very friendly service and I would recommend to others.

What an easy & enjoyable experience. . .
We were so relieved to find that choosing/deciding on the right mattress could be such a pleasant and easy experience!
The assistant, Evy, could not have been more friendly & helpful - answering all of our questions but also giving us time and space to try the mattresses and make comparisons ourselves.

I wanted to get some help and advice…
I wanted to get some help and advice regarding a new single mattress for my son, and Hannah, was absolutely brilliant. So helpful and informative throughout the whole time, I never felt pressured, but due to her amazing advice and care I bought his mattress, well not sure he would have let me not get it! Very impressed and will be back for advice for our new mattress. Thank you Hannah, running the shop on her own!

Super staff
Only went in to check the firmness of mattresses, but staff were so helpful and knowledgeable it made sense to buy. Gave all the options without being pushy and really know their stuff
