Most helpful staff, answered all questions clearly - and found exactly what we wanted.

Delivery was within their time window - they were quick and tidy. (no experince of the assembly phase as we did that ourselves.

The product is great but what was outstanding was the being kept in touch throughout the whole process. First class service.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the day after delivery, the communication about our order was prefect.
From the Store, Not pressing us to buy the most expensive bed and mattress, giving us information so we made the best choice.
To the delivery team, Mandy was so bubbly and nothing was an issue.
As for the bed and mattress. Can’t fault it, both of us are having a fantastic restful sleep each night.

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. Tracey in the Yeovil store was very knowledgeable and helped us with making our final decision. Fantastic customer service and very friendly. We were kept up to date with relevant information from order to delivery. On delivery day we were called by John with a half hour window so we were ready and waiting. Both John and Andy were super efficient and like clockwork the old bed was taken and the new one in place. They respected our property and both were friendly and helpful. Thank you for such excellent service

The depth of knowledge of Tracy was brilliant. We bought questions she'd never tackled before, which she took in her stride. I felt welcomed by the team and was astounded that Tracy remembered my self and my new partner from when we had separately bought beds 5-8 years ago. Our requirements were strict and the staff found exactly the right bed to meet those requirements very quickly.

Great experience all round from initial store visit, revisit to purchase, delivery and now sleep! This was our first new bed and mattress in 20 years! The sales guy was great, not too pushy and gave us time to explore all the options. The delivery was efficient and men polite. I recommend paying the cost for them to build the bed as it took them less than 30 minutes. The bed is great quality and the mattress very comfortable. Five starts all round.

They Kept me updated with their delivery time the day before and then shortly before delivery on the day. very polite and also considerate when entering my property by putting on shoe covers.
