Great service & knowledge
Great service - staff at Clifton Moor York were brilliant. My current mattress was like a concrete block and I had a very specific set of requirements so I didn’t make a mistake again. Short of having an instore sleepover , the team made sure I covered my options and was happy This is like sleeping on a cloud - so happy! Thank you guys ! True customer service. Really good experience in store at York but unfortunately they couldn't match your online price so I had to order online. From start to finish all was good, frequent updates and friendly staff. I just find it hard to think that you charge £60 to take away our existing mattress! Make it affordable please.
