Scammers. I ordered two coords from ‘berbish’ from TikTok shop. At £35 each I expected reasonable quality. I received two sets made from polyester, very poor quality, cheap material and looked nothing like the pictures.

I returned both sets as received with tags still attached, I hadn’t even tried them on. The parcel has been received by the seller who have refused to issue my refund stating I have ‘worn, stained and washed the item’ This is impossible tags are still attached to all items.

This order was £70. A lot of money to me. Iv never experienced anything like this. The seller is completely untrustworthy and I am appalled.

Do not use this company.

I will be taking this further. I have contacted citizens advice and will not let this lie until i have back what is rightfully mine.

Edit: I have now contacted the ombudsman.

Almost a month wait for delivery, when delivered material was thin and super long had to get it hemmed to be shortened
With delivery had to email 2 times and on a TikTok post to get there attention had to comment about it was then sent an email with a false discount code

Ordered from them in the middle of November. Had no updates with shipping or anything so I emailed to follow up. They got back to me 1 month later after a comment on their TikTok live and told me my order was lost. They said they will send a new one out but again this has not happened, no new order details given or any response after that. I have emailed several times but they don’t reply back at all. What terrible customer service, I will never waste my time here again!

I was kept up to date with my order and came in excellent packaging. Loved my order will buy in future. Thank you 🤩

They don’t reply it took them over 2 weeks to respond to my emails and then another 2 week to actually sort out my order, which never arrived despite them saying they have send it. I know they just lied because on tracking EVRI never received it. When labels get printed tracking automatically happens so it’s not proof they’ve send it unless it shows the postal service receiving it. It took them 3 weeks to send my order?
Awful customer service. I ordered from them many times in the summer and they were fine always responding and sending out orders within a couple days. Now they just don’t seem to care as their business has grown guess people change when they get more followers.

i didn’t like the product that i brough and i requested for a return and i have not received an update for 3 weaks now i have sent emails but no response i am very disappointed that i have emailed so many time but nobody got in touch.

The best experience i have had with berbish. Their clothing is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful material! They have had a discount going on when i bought my coatigan which was a huge bargain, the color and material is SO good i am not even exaggerating.When i placed my order i had contacted berbish on their instagram and asked if they could ship it earlier because i wanted to wear it for an important day, the girls were so adorable and understanding and they did in fact ship it so early and i received it in less than 4days! When i wore the coatigan everyone complimented it EVEN STRANGERS.🥹 Their customer support and their clothing is top tier! I am actually purchasing another one soon haha need it in all colors. Thank you berbish for this beautiful experience :) Hope your business grows more and more

I didn't get my order, i got email saying its damage and beyond repairable to contact seller which i emailed and waiting to hear back. I want to know what is going to happen now? will this order be resend to me or refund me please kindly get back me

Item took chasing up after a few weeks before it was sent that together with a request to cancel the order if it was not received within a further week. When it eventually arrived they ended up sending the wrong item which had been purchased so as to attend a wedding. Sent emails requesting a return address and refund but despite chaser emails sent they are refusing to respond. Terrible customer service and clearly not interested. Would not order from them again.

I have ordered a bag the quality was stunning like omg it came in a very nice packaging makes you feel like you have bought some luxury bag ,to my surprise they added a little pouch with a necklace for free it was a 14k gold plated .Highly recommended honestly
