Very accessible for older people
Very accessible for older people. My parents visited the showroom. Dad has very limited mobility. There was a lift to get him upstairs, they said they were met with very friendly, kind staff who made them a hot drink and let them wonder around at their own pace. No pressure from anyone, just friendly and kind... they loved the showroom. Very impressive. They took some pictures, measured up and went home and placed an order. It arrived as described, delivered by two friendly and chatty staff in a company van. Their friend fitted the fire and he said how easy it was to fit. Dad has it on constantly (not the heat, just the lights as it makes their room look cosy)

I saw an advert for a media wall, I don’t know much about sizes and what I should get so I messaged Costello, someone named Sam messaged me back very quickly and was lovely, I was told another colleague could answer some more questions that may have, which I was very grateful for, I was contacted by Michael to help me decide of what media package to go for, he sent me pictures, videos of the one that I was interested in and also answered all my questions, was extremely helpful, purchased an hour after talking to him. I’m so excited and I know they are on the other end for any questions I may have. Thank you so much. Great experience

Excellent product and first class customer service
We purchased an inset electric fire which was excellent value for money. The fire looked great in our fireplace and we were very pleased. Unfortunately, the fire developed a fault. I contacted the company and from that point on, the customer service was nothing short of excellent. I was sent an online form to complete and I was then contacted the next day by a really friendly and helpful lady called Sam (I think). She quickly resolved the issue by sending a replacement fire to us which arrived within a couple of days. Absolutely first class! I would definitely use this company again for any of their products!

Went to Taskers yesterday looking for a media wall. We was unsure of what we wanted and there was lots of choice to choose from. Nick was very helpful we told him the measurements of our living room and he was showing us different ones that would fit in our room and explained all the different panels we could have , showed us ones that would not be too big for our living room. We settled on one we liked and Nick went through everything that was included in the package , explained what I could change , showed me all the colours . I told Nick what I wanted and he put it all together and went through all the ways we could pay etc, he gave us a great deal and we went for it. Cannot wait to see it in my living room , thank you so much Nick for all your help and advice.

Very impressed with Bespoke Fireplaces
We have just ordered a floating media wall from Bespoke Fireplaces. Not only was the price very competitive the service we received from Kritika and Clare was excellent. Kritika gave us great advice and was very thorough in explaining the various options and pricing. She had a great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. Clare was very friendly and professional in giving us her honest opinions on colour matching, etc.
Overall a great experience from Bespoke Fireplaces, who also had a great showroom, and we would hesitate to recommend them.

Went to the lovely Knowsley showroom and purchased a Denver marble suite in semi rijo, all staff very friendly and approachable, including the delivery drivers and especially the fitter Paul who was very experienced in fires and fitting, arrived on time, very polite and pleasant and most of all very reliable 👍 our fireplace looks amazing. A Massive Thank You - Top Top Service
Had such a great experience with this company I cannot fault them from start to finish. Faith dealt with me many months ago when we first enquired about a media wall. We was moving home at the time and it was many months down the line we finally moved in. In all that time Faith kept in touch and we finally ordered the media wall. We changed our minds the same week and with no drama or trouble at all Faith & Kim sorted it out. Today we get delivery of the media wall and the two fellas who dropped it off are a credit to the company. Proper good lads and great personalities. This goes a long way. Good to see you use your own delivery people rather than sub contract it out as speaking to the lads they praised the company and were very helpful and positive which is brilliant to see. Thank you to the company, Faith, Kim and the delivery lads. You all made this purchase a wonderful experience 👍🏼

Luke turned up as planned at 07:00 in the morning. He was polite, punctual and professional. He took his shoes off once he entered the house and got straight to work. The repair took him 15 minutes and then he waited to check the appliance for a further 10 minutes. He had left within 30 minutes of arrival with our fire working once more
